Looking for Answers about samsung RM257ABRS?

The freezer is no longer freezing, despite the fact that I have the temp set on -6, it is only 35 degrees in the freezer and of course it is no longer making ice. What must I do to get it to work. I just bought it with in the last few months from an appliance store. I see this fridge is no longer available, was this a problem with other people too. Please help!

Water leaks and freezes under the drawer, eventually leaking out the door and into the bottom drawer and onto the floor. I have had the rear panel removed, vacuumed the coils and vents, checked BOTH of the drain tubes. I had a previous Samsung model that did exactly the same thing as this - this unit is merely 4 years old, never moved from its original location and well taken care of. I investigated the drain pipes, as my other Samsung refridgerator had that problem and nobody could figure out why!!!! I had repair men over numerous times to NO avail. FINALLY - I did my own investigating and found the drain pipes have a one-way valve that is ONLY a rubber drip boot that is supposed to be split at the end to allow the weight of the water to push it open enough to escape - that waterway was sealed, as if quality never inspected that to be sure the refriderator would be able to secreate its defrosted remains. I say all this now as I am ready to push this unit into oncoming traffic as it sits - loaded with food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very very frustrated with this unit! Please advise. The owners manual addresses a 'care and cleaning' manual that was supplied. I never received that manual, and I have every leaf of paper supplied from this unit! The owners manual makes reference to cleaning the drain pipes. I would like to have a copy of that instruction set - or some advice as to what I can do to prevent this unit from flooding itself!!! The water IS NOT from the ice maker or faulty water lines! Please please please advise! This was the most expensive unit I could find in 2007....please do not disappoint me now!

What are the differences in model RM257ABRS and model RM257ACRS? Do either of them have ice/water in the door and a seperate ice maker in the freezer?
