It can take up to 24 hours for the refrigerator and freezer to reach their set temperature, and the amount of time it takes is influenced by the difference between the set temperature and room temperature, as well as factors like humidity, the amount of air circulation around the sides, top and rear of the unit, and how frequently the door is opened during the cooling process.
Please check to make sure there are no packages blocking the air vents in the freezer.
