I'm sorry to hear you're having these issues with your RFG297AARS. At the recommended 20-125 psi water pressure, a 6 oz glass of water should dispense in about 10 seconds. If yours is slower than this, please check to make sure the water valve is turned on all the way and the lines are free of bends or kinks that could obstruct flow. Try bleeding air from the lines by dispensing 5-6 gallons of water. Next, reset the icemaker by pressing the Test button on its side. This should cause the tray to rotate and harvest ice, then fill with the appropriate amount of water again.
Regarding the frost, it's not unusual to have a small amount in the freezer since each time the drawer is opened, warmer air enters carrying moisture that freezes on the cold surfaces inside the compartment. While Samsung freezers do have heaters in the walls that cycle on periodically to prevent frost build-up, this does not necessarily prevent the moisture from condensing on the packages or plastic bins. To help reduce the amount of frost on packages, keep the drawer closed as much as possible.
If you're experiencing more than just a small amount of frost, I would suggest reviewing the available troubleshooting articles on this topic to ensure the drawer is closing properly and the vents are not blocked.
