I'm sorry to hear you've experienced this issue. Since Samsung USA service and warranties do not apply when shipping product out of the country, I can only suggest you contact Samsung/Brazil to find a local service technician.
If the unit is serviceable, they may need to order parts through a US distributor, since Brazilian distributors may not have access to parts that are unique to US models. Samsung Parts (www.samsungparts.com
