I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with the upper icemaker in your RFG238. If the tray rotates then fills with water when you press the Test button, but does not harvest, it may not be cold enough to freeze. Check to make sure the bucket is inserted securely and there are no gaps allowing cold air to escape or warm air to enter. Try lowering the freezer temperature or pressing Power Freeze and make sure the icemaker is turned on by checking the control panel, as well. If the Ice Off icon for the upper icemaker is illuminated, press the Ice Off button until it is no longer lit. If, when you press the Test button, the tray rotates but does not fill with water, try dispensing several more gallons to bleed any remaining air from the water lines.
