It's not unusual to have a small amount of frost in the freezer since each time the drawer is opened, warmer air enters carrying moisture that freezes on the cold surfaces inside the compartment. While Samsung freezers do have heaters in the walls that cycle on periodically to prevent frost build-up, this does not necessarily prevent the moisture from condensing on the packages, plastic bins or Auto Pull-Out drawer since it does not have a defroster. To help reduce the amount of frost on these areas, keep the drawer closed as much as possible.
