If the icemaker in your RF26VABPN is making a knocking noise, it may be caused by a lack of water supplied to the icemaker. Please make sure the water supply valve is turned on all the way and there are no bends or kinks in the line obstructing the flow. If the water filter was recently installed or replaced, try bleeding air from the lines by dispensing up to 6 gallons of water. If the noise returns despite an adequate water supply, and it is not the sound of the icemaker dropping ice into the bin, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further.

I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue with your RF26VABPN. Water under the vegetable bins can be the result of condensation or it can be an indication of a leak that may require service to repair. If it is accumulating rapidly enough to run onto the floor, it is likely that it is caused by a leak. Please submit an online service request through the link provided, or call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further.

Question

ON MY RF267ABPN FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR, WATER IS COLLECTING UNDERNEATH THE 'COOLSELECT PANTRY' AT THE BOTTOM OF THE REFRIGERATOR.

I CAN'T SEE WHERE THE WATER IS COMING FROM. THE FILTER SEEMS OK AND THERE DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE ANY WATER STREAKS FROM ANYWHERE. HAS THERE BEEN ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS ON THIS MODEL?

I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. It's not unusual to have a small amount of water gather as a result of condensation, but if you have a significant amount accumulating, your refrigerator may require service. Please submit an online service request through the link below, or call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you.

Some noises the refrigerator makes are normal and can be minimized by properly leveling the refrigerator or making other minor adjustments; others may indicate a need for service. I would suggest you visit the Troubleshooting Guide through the link below, then select "Operation ► Refrigerator ► Unusual Noises": http://support-us.samsung.com/cyber...

If the suggestions and explanations do not resolve your concern, please contact 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further.
