If your RF267AERS is dripping water into the dispenser tray, it's possible at least one of the following things is happening:
- there are ice fragments remaining in the dispenser chute from the last time crushed ice was dispensed;
- there is air in the water line;
- the water filter is clogged or partially clogged and needs to be replaced;
- the door flap leading from the ice bucket to the chute is stuck open due to ice buildup.
If, in fact, the water in your ice tray is not freezing, please try lowering the temperature to a maximum of -2°F for the freezer compartment and 38°F for the refrigerator.
