I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. If you've tried bleeding at least 5-6 gallons to remove air from the water line, there are two other things you can try before calling for service.
1. Try replacing the water filter since a clogged or partially clogged water filter can cause the dispenser to drip.
2. Check the ice chute for residual ice, which can happen especially when crushed ice is used since fragments can remain in the chute.
If you've tried replacing the water filter, cleaning the ice chute and bleeding the air from the lines and this issue is still persisting, your refrigerator will require service.
