I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your icemaker. If you've recently replaced the filter, please try dispensing 5-6 gallons of water to bleed air from the lines. If the filter has been installed for a while, consider replacing it since a clogged or partially clogged filter can hinder water flow to the icemaker, then bleed the air from the lines. Press the Test button on the side of the icemaker. If the tray still won't fill with water, your icemaker may require service.
