1) Can't find my model (RF268) on your web site.
2) How does bottom ice maker sense when tray is out or low, and will it damage the ice maker if the water is turned off to the refrigerator, but ice maker is on?

Thank you for the questions. Though it should not damage the refrigerator to have the icemaker turned on without being connected to water, you may hear noises which could be prevented by turning the icemaker off. Simply press the Ice Off button on the control panel until the corresponding upper or lower Ice Off icon is illuminated.

Both icemakers have a plastic "arm" that hangs over the bucket and is raised by the ice as it piles up in the bucket. Once the ice is high enough to push against this arm, the icemaker turns off until ice is used and the arm drops back down.

For future reference, here is a link to the support page for the RF268ABRS: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/s...#

I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Water under the Cool Select Pantry Drawer can be the result of condensation or it can be an indication of a leak that may require service to repair. To help determine which it is, please follow the link below to open the Troubleshooting Guide, then select Water And Ice ► Water Is Leaking ► Water Is Underneath The Vegetable Drawers: http://support-us.samsung.com/cyber...

If service is necessary, please submit an online service request through the link provided, or call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you further.

Question

my ice maker never has really worked now I have time to fix it. Where can I find a IMC701 115v replacement ice maker?

Tray is full of ice when I took it a part. Cycling it did not work. Seems like the tray gets too cold to the point the ice sticks to the tray or the motor isn't strong enough to push it out.

Thank you for the question. The shelves and door bins in the RF267AAWP are designed to optimize available storage space and can accommodate a variety of container shapes and sizes, but Samsung does not make or recommend a particular line of containers for the refrigerator.
