I'm sorry to hear your RF266 icemaker is not working properly. Before calling for service, there are a few things you can try. Please check the water valve to make sure it's turned on fully, and check the hoses for bends or kinks that could obstruct water flow. If the water filter is clogged or partially clogged, it could effect the icemaker, so you may need to replace the filter cartridge. You could try removing it temporarily to see if the tray fills completely without the filter in place. If it does, the filter needs to be replaced. You should also try bleeding air from the lines by dispensing 6 gallons of water. If after trying each of these suggestions pressing the test button on the icemaker still does not result in the tray filling, it will require service.
