Please try adjusting the temperature of the refrigerator to the recommended 38°F if it is not already there. If it is set higher than that, it will freeze water that may be the result of condensation when it settles on the bottom. Try wiping up the water and waiting 24 hours. If the water accumulates again in that period of time, it may require service.
