Since these wires control the "door ajar" beeping as well as the lights, it is important for them to be attached correctly. If this does not resolve the issue, I would suggest either contacting the installer, if this was a recent purchase, or Samsung directly for service, if the refrigerator had been working correctly, and these problems are a recent occurrence.
