Looking for Answers about samsung 21 cu. ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator?

Samsung does currently offer two different 33" French Door models - the 18 cubic foot counter depth RF197, and the 20 cubic foot full-depth RF217. Both models have Samsung's signature Twin Cooling system, EZ Open freezer drawer handles, automatic icemakers in the freezer compartment, and Energy Star-compliant efficiency ratings. The RB217ACBP has the same interior layout as the RB217ABBP. The upgrades in the newer model include LED lighting and a fully-extending Auto Pull-out drawer in the freezer.

The freezer on the RB217 model is a pull drawer, not a swing door. There is a larger bottom bin and an upper bin that pulls out which houses the ice storage bin.

Unfortunately, there is no sure solution for repairing a scratch, though I would suggest consulting with your local home improvement or appliance store for suggestions. Please note that the Stainless Platinum finish (RB217ABPN) is actually a coated paint, so if you're able to match the paint color closely it may make it less visible. I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem with the freezer drawer gasket on your RB217ABBP. I would suggest you try reindexing the drawer rollers by opening the drawer a few inches then slamming it closed firmly. Be sure to wipe the gasket clean to make sure there is no grease or residue preventing it from sealing shut. If the drawer still won't seal, it may require service to replace the gasket. The RB217ABBP is 32-1/4" wide by 70" high with the hinges by 29-7/8" deep with the doors. The case height (without hinges) is 68-7/8" and the case depth (without doors) is 26-3/8".
