Looking for Answers about samsung 20 cu. ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator?

I have a RB215ABBP, purchased it fairly recently, and dented the freezer door while moving. The dent is fairly bad, so I need to know how to get a replacement freezer door. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We've only had our fridge for a month and it has a scratch on the door is there anything we can do?

I love my refrigerator! But, sorely miss a large enough meat drawer to hold fresh meat, lunch meat and cheeze for my family. Any suggestions?

This frig is not even 2 yrs old and leaking water so much that if I don't absorb it daily, it fills the space under both drawers. Why and where is this water coming from? How do I make it stop?

Refrigderator always quiet but now is making a noise coming from the lower section. Seems like it has trouble starting something and then settles down. All temps reg. normal.

My refrigerator is a Samsung model number RF267AB, and RF26VAB. The water filter number is (DA29-00002B).

We want to purchase this item but have been told by our retailer that the two models were different and they couldn't tell us what this one would look like. We ultimately purchased a different item from them yesterday but I really want this one. I have 10 hours remaining to cancel our order on the other item. I own a Samsung bottom freeze, model number RB215BSSW. The issue that I have been having for over 4 months is a thick layer of ice forms under the crisper drawers and freezes my vegetables. I have cleaned out the top and the bottom many times, but still can figure out why a sheet of ice forms under the crisper drawers. I have also increased the freeze and frig temps, still get same results.

My refridgerator kicks on and off making a buzzing noise

Ever since we have had it (2 yrs), all the cubes which fall break into tiny pieces. Adjusting the freezer temperature does not seem to help. Is there another adjustment to be made? Thank you for your help.

Ms Samsung you answered a question that spoke of a "test button" to use for resetting the ice maker. Where is this test button on the RB215LAPB. The following paragraph is your reply to a previous question, You said..."Thank you for the question. If you have the freezer set at the recommended temperature, then the best way to prevent the cubes from breaking is to keep some ice in the bin. The further the cubes have to fall when being dumped from the tray, and the harder the surface they fall onto is, the more likely they are to break. You may also tray resetting the icemaker by pressing the Test button on the bottom, to ensure the trays are filling with the correct amount of water."

I also have a couple more questions. If you reinstall your refrigerator and the ice maker digital read out changes temperature is that normal? Also, what causes water to deposit in the right vegetable bin and under the right vegetable bin and freeze under the bin? Thanks for your help.
