Question

My TV reverts back to Dynamic Picture

I have changed the Picture calibration on my TV several times and each time it reverts back to Dynamic Mode when the TV is turned off and back on. If I change the Picture to Movie mode it reverts back to Dynamic after watching for a while or when the TV is turned off and back on. It will not retain my changes. What would make it do this?

Why am I getting thin black lines horizontally across the screen

last week two thin black lines appeared toward the bottom of my Samsung Plasma screen. This week, two more joined them. It is like a line of completely dead pixels all the way across the screen. The TV is only two years old.

Why does my system say not enough memory to open Vudu or any other movie streaming site?

I have downloads coming in automatically and apparently they are using up all the memory in the TV or Samsung Device. How do I delete unwanted apps? How do I tell how much memory these devices have?

We recommend you review this troubleshooting article for instructions on how to delete unwanted apps. Even though it refers to 55" LED in the heading, you have a 2010 model TV and these are the instructions for deleting apps in the Internet@TV interface, which was replaced with Smart Hub beginning with the 2011 model line.

My Tv has just started the 'not turning on/clicking noise' issue

This Tv is basically new. Had no problems at all until now. It just started doing the not powering up/making a bunch of 'clicking' sounds. I am wondering if I can get this fixed for free even though I am technically out of warranty #11/2012#. Due to the high number or people I've heard that are experiencing this same problem, I would like to know if the warranty is extended for this specific problem on my newer model Tv.
