This would depend on how you have your monitor connected to your computer and your computers sound settings. 1) Make sure your computer is outputting audio. If you are connected via HDMI make sure that your computer can output HDMI audio and that it is turned on. If you use a DVI to HDMI adapter on your computer and an HDMI cable to your TV/Monitor, you need to attach the 3.5mm mini stereo cable from your computer front stereo speaker output to the blue mini stereo input on the moonitor. Then select Menu, Source List, Edit Name, PC to select PC DVI for the computer video as the HDMI Source with computer sound through the 3.5mm sound input.

In order to connect the device to Netflix you would need to plug your device to a computer or a smart Bluray/DVD device that is capable of accessing Netflix. Your Samsung monitor does not have any applications; it's not a "smart" device.

My tv randomly turns on?

Will be watching during day, turn off, and later in evening, usually middle of night it turns on. I have checked to make sure the timers are not set, and cords are plugged in correctly. Any help would be great.

can no longer receive any channels including over the air

I had the tv unplugged for several months and when I plugged it back in, I could no longer recieve any channels either through the cable or over the air stations. when I go through the channel setup (I have tried all three types of cable) it will not remember any channels. When I type in channels that work on the other Samsung tvs in the house i can get them, but none on this tv. (I own two of this model)

How do we save custom settings on monitor?

I do a custom setting or a TEXT setting and it reverts to ENTERTAIN within 10 to 15 minutes each time.
The Brightess setting and the Contrast setting always revert to 100.
Is the monitor defective?
We have 2 other identical monitors, in the same office, that work just fine. The custom settings never changes. How to we save the custom settings on the monitor?

I have 2 samsung TV's in the same room. How do I get the remotes to work only the TV that came with it?

I need each remote to operate only the TV that came with it. Right now, each remote operates the other.
I watch one game on one TV, and another on the other. So when I change the channel or volume on one remote, I don't want the other TV changed as well.
