About one month after buying my NX 200 I began to notice that while switched in the on position my camera would turn off (not just powersave screen off mode) and sometime would freeze with the green processing button blinking. The only way to fix the later is to take the battery out of the unit. I bought the camera in the States and I now live Seoul, South Korea. What should I do?

Can the NX200 and the Galaxy Tab 10.1 work together?

Am interested in buying a Galaxy Tab 10.1 to go with my NX200, but only if I can get the two to work together for tethered shooting. Does Samsung also have a wireless option for this without using a desktop computer as a base station?

Thanks for the question. The NX200 does not have a remote viewfinder option and would not be able to be tethered to the Galaxy Tab 10.1, though you may be able to view photos taken with the NX200 using the Tab's USB and SD card accessories. The NX200 is designed to connect to a computer with Windows XP/Vista/7 or Mac OS 10.4 or later, but you may be able to view on the Android device as well, though this functionality is not guaranteed. If the "tethered" shooting option is a priority, you may want to consider the WB150F wifi-enabled camera which can be connected to a compatible Samsung Galaxy S Phone or Tablet for use as a remote viewfinder.

The NX200 camera supports SD cards in sizes up to 4 GB guaranteed; SDHC cards of up to 32 GB guaranteed; and SDXC cards of up to 128 GB guaranteed.

Does this camera have internal memory and can a photo taken without a card and accessed?

I took a few photos with out a card and the screen indicated that I had captured a image but I can not access it now. Is it possible to get these photos from internal memory, assuming they exist, and print them out? If so, how?

Which 18-55 do I have?

I was going to check for a firmware update for the lens which came with my NX200, but I see there are 3 18-55 lenses. I tried registering the lens, but it said it was made back in the 1990's based on the lens serial number.

How do I know which 18-55 OIS lens I have, and is there a more current firmware for it than 1.10 that is on it now?

NX200 will not take pictures at 7fps or 3fps, however the burst mode works.

I am going to upgrade to the latest firmware, hopefully it fixes it.
