Short of searching for your product model via a search engine, we recommend you open the official website, place your cursor over Shop Products, select the product and specific model and choose Reviews (in blue) from the menu choices. Once the Reviews page is open, you can click on Write a Review.

Question

How to burn Recovery DVDs for Samsung NP355E5C?

Just noticed a question asking how to burn recovery media for the Samsung NP355E5C which was answered with links to old versions of the Samsung Recovery Solution 4 & 5.

This computer comes with Windows 8 and a program called Recovery which seems to allow transferring the recovery information to another drive but does not seem to have an option for burning to DVDs.

Any thoughts?

manufacture warranty with my laptop?

When I purchased this laptop for my son, HSN stated there was a 1 year manufactures warranty. I can't find where this is stated and my son's laptop won't charge.

My new laptop(np-355e7c-ao2us) crashing

I bought a new laptop, but I am getting constant bsod/crashes,when when watching flash vids or playing online games, my processor (amd) says to update the driver, however they said they don't support it, that Samsung has that update, help please cheers Robert.
