Why will bookmarked webpages not load periodically?

I typically do not power my new Windows 8 Samsung laptop down. I just close it and put it to sleep. About every 5 days bookmarked webpages will not load. I have to restart the laptop and it works fine for another 4-6 days. I used my old Windows 7 Toshiba laptop the same way and never encountered a need to restart periodically. Are my webpage certificates expiring? I've not been able to find such a setting. I use IE 10. My older laptop used IE 9. Any suggestions?

Question

internet connection it seems about 1/2 that I get connected?

I have AT&T wireless internet. I am not getting connection on to the internet it seems like but about 1/2 of the time. Is there any test I can run or do you have any suggestions?

Also if I am using a wireless mouse do I need to change anything or turn off the the laptop built in mouse?

I am not sure as to the problem that you are having with your connection, it may be on the router's end or a problem with your laptop. As far as the mouse question that you have look to your F5 key. There should be, in blue, a picture of your touch pad with an X on it. If you hold down the Fn key, located below the shift key and to the right of the Ctrl key on either side of the key board which is also blue, and press F5 it will turn off the touch pad.

What do I do when my screen goes haywire and screen goes haywire?

Below are is what my happens to my screen which does not allow me to keep my screen on for a long period of time and does this right in the middle of uploading or downloading. also a long screaking sound.

Why can't i connect to my router ?

When I try to connect it asks for the security key so I put it in then after a few seconds it asks for Network Autherization. I'm not sure what that is .

Question

How do I download or get Samsung oem loaded software and apps

I had to completely wipeout the hdd on this new laptop due to a major problem trying to upgrade from Win 8 to 8 pro. In doing so I lost all factory loaded protected partitions, app and drivers preloaded on the laptop. Like Samsung recovery 5 and Win 8 device drivers, etc. I now have Win 8 pro working but need firmware, drivers and apps and don't see the Win 8 ones on the support site. I tried the Win7 x64 on your web site but they don't seem to work.

We recommend you look for a series of indicator lights either in the upper-right of the keyboard area above the function keys or on the front lip of the laptop assembly, just below the trackpad. CAPS LOCK will typically glow when activated.

This is a multi-card slot (SD/SDHC/SDXC). If you have a digital camera that stores photos or videos, these media files are typically stored on one of the above card types, which can then be inserted into the slot so that they can be transferred off and stored on your computer.

Question

Cannot create Image file on 300ESC-A08

This laptop has Windows 8 preinstalled I cannot create an image under Windows 7 File Recovery option under File History.

I get error 0x80780119 indication that there's not enough free space in the hidden partitions that come preconfigured on the hard drive.

Please advise on how to fix this problem.
