Why has my system log been deleted?
In the Easy Support Center my system log starts at 9/2 and that is the only date that has any info on it. Previously I was able to go back to when I bought my computer (about a month ago) but now I can't. It is as if the log was wiped and is starting over. Is this bad or a problem? It also means I have no dates to restore it to. Thanks

We're gonna need some additional information about the issue you're encountering. We realize you're indicating the battery may not be charging, but we're curious if it's an issue of the battery being dead, the battery only charging to 80% or something with the AC adapter.

If the driver version being offered by ESM is later than what is available via the official product support page, you can always try checking to see if the same driver update is available via Windows Update or directly via the video card manufacturer's website.
