Thank you for contacting Samsung.
At this time, there is not a way to remove any registered items from your online account. Please know that Samsung is aware that customers wish to have the ability to remove any registered products they no longer own from their accounts. At this time, the only recommendation we can make would be to delete the account associated with the products you do not longer own and create a new one.

I get 13V at the charger. How do I find out what is wrong? PC, Charger, or the battery? Maybe fuse? if it it the fuse, how do I take the cover off? Thanks.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may have given you. It seems that your device may need servicing. Please contact us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, or if you want to come through a social media channel, we have a couple options for you:
If you have a Twitter account, go here or to this URL: http://twitter.com/#!/samsungsupport Having a transaction number or model number and serial number handy ahead of time will be helpful.
If you have Facebook, go here to this URL: http://www.facebook.com/SamsungSupport Click on the "Support Form" button.
I have the NP-RV515-A01-US. I saw the 03-27-2012 firmware listed here. But there was no description. Has anyone tried this. What exactly does this fix or what is new since the old one. Also if it doesn't work will samsung warent this or not even if I'm within my 1 year.

Thank you for contacting Samsung.
While we do recommend firmware updates when made available, we cannot speculate on the fixes included in the firmware update since they were developed by our product engineering team. The choice to upgrade is certainly yours to make, but it's important to know that Samsung would never knowingly release a firmware update for one of their products until thorough testing has been completed.
I may be a little late but if you purchased your laptop after the date the firmware was released theres a chance it could harm your pc (not bad but more of a downgrade type of "update") also a chance that you could have the firmware installed already. I updated my tv with old firmware and a whole bunch of bad stuff happened, I expect it would be the same for your laptop. just wait until new updates come out and you will be safe. Best regards!

Nope. It has an APU, graphics are integrated. CPU and GPU combined. Hardly any notebook allows this, adding a discrete graphucs card. There ARE ways to do it but it'll cost the card then hardware and most of the time it isn't worth the trouble. Want to game? Get a desktop.
I bought this laptop a few months ago and have been pretty happy with it for the most part. The CPU seems to be a little slow though. I need help finding a CPU that I could upgrade this one with. Thanks for your help.

Question
How do I reset battery to charge to 100%?
After using my laptop for a few weeks, it reccomended I set the maximum charge at 80% to prolong the overall battery life. My usage has changed and I need the battery to charge to 100% again, but cannot locate how to do it. I have contacted microsoft and they told me to contact you (Samsung). This is something that should be located on the battery icon, not hidded somewhere.

On my during boot f2*, I go to boot priority, move with f5 when I select the USB and put it as #1, and also in the last screen (save and continue one) there should be a boot override? Could be different bios/ or the hardware on usb is not boot-able, check the files on it.
