I just bought a Samsung RV510-A05. The feature it boasts on the box is a 320GB hard drive, but on the actual computer it only has 280GB hard drive. Why is it different from what the box says? 40 GB is a lot to lose when I haven’t put anything on the laptop yet. Do I need to return this product or is this how all of your products come? I'm not satisfied with a 40GB loss, so if this is how is comes I will likely return it.

there are two partition one is used for hard drive and other one is for D which is for recovery drive in case something happens to the computer and you do not have a recovery cd then you need that to recover your computer from D drive. If it doesn't show drive D you need to contact samsung for help because this is deleted from your pc.

i would recommend you do not delete the d drive . leave the factory settings.

you can use a soft lint free cloth and a spray for cleaning monitors and electronics. and wipe with by putting spray on the cloth.

What I do with all my PC's and my TV also is take a mixture of white vinegar and water (50-50) and put it on a lint free cloth that won't scratch then wipe the screen from the bottom up. Works great.

Remember don't actually put the solution onto the screen like by spraying it or something but dampen slightly your cloth that you are using and put it on that way.

go to start and go to cyberlink youcam you will see your camera turned on with picture of yourself. You can use it with yahoo or windows live too.

1st. Go to the Start button located at the bottom of the screen
2nd. A Long box should appear at the bottom of the start panel and should say "search programs and files".
3rd. Type in the box, "CyberLink YouCam.
4th. The camera should pop up instantly.

you will get up 4 hours on this pc depending on what applications you are usings and adjusting the brightness to a lower rate would help too. It will increase the battery life. Because display is set to lower rate power.

Hello, I don't know if you have figured it out or not yet. But I was having the same trouble but now I've found it. I'm using CyberLink YouCam. When you click on Start, search for "CyberLink YouCam". I believe that the RV510 Samsung laptop should have it. So that should make your webcam work.

Hi, I've just received this Samsung RV-510 Notebook from my family for my birthday and the only feature that I can't seem to turn on or for that matter locate is the built in webcam program...
