I have also noticed a bit of a decrease in the battery. Have you tried calibrating your battery? There is an instructional video on main support page for this notebook. Basically you need to force the battery to discharge. It should help "reset" the battery in essence.

This message simply means you have your AC cord plugged in but your battery is full (or your battery may need replacing if it's not holding charge)

Is there anyway to unlock my computer when it does not accept my password?

I have had the same password for my computer since I have had it. This morning it decided it didn't want to accept it. I am now locked out. Can I get around this or is it just a paper weight.

you may have "switched user" by mistake, try to switch to another user when it starts up or denies your password and look in the control panel for "user settings" and then follow the directions.

I doubt this is possible. Blu-Ray disks are not the same as CD's, and won't be read by a CD, DVD, or CDvD drive.

Not all the model numbers have been included yet in the registration part of the website. Samsung support is recommending that you pick the model number closes to the unit that you have until they fix the issue. You will still get the 3 month extension to the standard 1 year warranty for registering the product.

Your speaker may be turned off. Press Fn + F6 together. It will automatically show whether the volume is turned off or on. If it is turned off after the first step, follow the first step again and your computer's volume will be back on.

I did noticed the exact same thing when I powered up mine the first time, you need to delete drive (d:) and then make drive (C:) bigger through partitioning your HDD. to partition it go to Control Panel> System and Security> Administrative tools> Computer Management and select "Disc Management" and delete the (D:) drive and expand your (C:) drive.

Hope this makes sense.
