We're sorry to hear you're encountering this issue. Just so we're on the same page, is the physical battery ejecting from the bottom of the laptop is this a power adapter connection issue? If the issue is related to a physically loose battery, you'll need to file out a service request form. Part of that process includes that you register your product if you have not already done so. Completing this process will also extend your laptop's 12-month parts & labor warranty an additional 3 months at no additional charge.
