We're sorry to hear you're encountering this issue. Just so we're on the same page, is the physical battery ejecting from the bottom of the laptop is this a power adapter connection issue? If the issue is related to a physically loose battery, you'll need to file out a service request form. Part of that process includes that you register your product if you have not already done so. Completing this process will also extend your laptop's 12-month parts & labor warranty an additional 3 months at no additional charge.
If the issue is related to a loose power adapter cable connection or the battery not charging as a result, while the laptop may need service, we ask that you at least take a look at this troubleshooting article to help better determine what may be the issue before you file a support request.
