My Samsung Q1 ultra is missing a file for opening windows. The missing file is ole32.dll. The box that pops up says that winlogin.exe has failed because this file is missing. My external hard drive is not booting up to the disk that came with the tablet so I cannot search for it on the System Recovery Media disk. How can I get this file on this tablet?

Need tech support

I installed Windows 7 on my Q1 Ultra (NP-Q1u) and it runs great. However, if I leave it idle for some amount of time (like when downloading Windows updates), the stylus and touchscreen won't wake up. I have to use the mouse and L&R buttons to do anything.
How can I avoid this, or at least wake up the touchscreen again?

I read that there is an upgrade from Vista home to Windows 7 for registered product

Can't find On-Screen Keyboard

MS XP, Tablet PC edition 2005, Version 2002, Service Pack 3. Computer came with order from Flight Cheetah FL 190 True Flight Inc. The True Flight program will pop up an on-screen keyboard, but when working within other windows programs I cannot locate an on-screen keyboard.
