My Samsung Q1 ultra is missing a file for opening windows. The missing file is ole32.dll. The box that pops up says that winlogin.exe has failed because this file is missing. My external hard drive is not booting up to the disk that came with the tablet so I cannot search for it on the System Recovery Media disk. How can I get this file on this tablet?

I installed Windows 7 on my Q1 Ultra (NP-Q1u) and it runs great. However, if I leave it idle for some amount of time (like when downloading Windows updates), the stylus and touchscreen won't wake up. I have to use the mouse and L&R buttons to do anything. How can I avoid this, or at least wake up the touchscreen again?
