program partially display off screen.

I have a NP-Q1 running win xp tablet edition 2005. The problem is that when i run some programs, they are partially displayed off screen, thus no being able to access some buttons. i cannot drag up due to limitations. i hav2 the latest drivers n bios. Any Help?

Refurbished PC

I am having difficulty registering my PC. It has been refurbished and that fact is stamped over the model number making it impossible to read the original. I cannot find the model name and it makes it next to impossible to register this product. What do you suggest? The model number I do see is NP300V5A-A02US, but nothing like this is available in the drop down list of models.
