Looking for Answers about samsung NB30 Pro Netbook?

How do I register for the right product?

My company specializes in recording in remote locations, and the NB30-pro looks like it can hold up to all the conditions we'll meet in the field. We plan on purchasing about 20 this coming year and we want to make sure the NB30-Pro will still be around.

I can reach the power programmes, and change several options but the one about closing the lid, stays on sleep and I cannot access the other choices.

My mouse is way overly sensitive. I understand normally that I would be able to change the sensitivity, but in installing Windows 7 professional, it appears all my drivers were wiped out. Even though I installed the touchpad driver for my product, in my mouse properties, it still registers as a Wheel Mouse. Therefore, when I go into Synaptics properties for the device, I do not have the option to change my mouse sensitivity. This causes many many problems when typing on such a small keyboard, given that the cursor will jump around while typing, sometimes even without touching the touchpad.

right click is way too sensitive how can i adjust it?

I have bought 3 charger cords for my Netbook NB30 (two on Ebay) because they break. The most recent one worked for about an hour and then stopped. I don't know if this is because the cord doesn't work or because I need to replace the battery. I bought the Netbook in March of 2010.

I am trying to restore my NB30-JA01US netbook back to it's factory setting. I used the Samsung recovery solution to perform a complete restore, but upon restarting, my user name (as the admin) is present and password is still required. How do I restore the netbook to where my user name / and password is no longer required? Please help.

I need to copy some info from the manual I downloaded from samsung into my PDA, but the Flash file won't allow copying of text.
