How can I install Win 7?

I purchased a Samsung N315 Netbook, but I have deleted Win 7 in favor of Ubuntu. Where is my recovery disk so I can re-install WIn 7?

Is it possible to return this product?

I have tried for hours to increase the speed of this product but have not succeeded. Basic internet browsing is tedious and arduous.
