Submit a repair request to Samsung on this website. You'll have to upload your invoice to prove the Netbook is still under warranty. you receive a link and a pre-paid label. Back-up the whole computer, then package it & put the label on. Good luck. We sent ours out to have the screen repaired within 9 months of purchasing it.It was fixed..for about 6 months. Then the flickering started again. The repair only has a 30 day warranty.

Samsung cannot actively support a netbook/notebook PC that has a different operating system than the one that came factory installed on the device, especially if the device is no longer covered by the parts/labor warranty.

That being said, Samsung does recommend Windows 7 for this model based on this specs page.
