I have exactly the same sticks. I don't think that (M379B5273DH0-YK0) is the serial number, because is the same in all sticks. In fact, I'm still trying to figure out where is the serial number, in order to register the sticks with Samsung.
If you want documents you can try to look for by the model instead: MV-3V4G3.

Question
Where is the serial number?
I want to register a pair of modules of RAM (Model: MV-3V4G3) but I can't find the serial number. All numbers I see are identical in both modules, so I don't think those are serial numbers.
Is it possible that the serial number is the barcode in the sticker and that there is no human readable serial number?

Thank you for contacting Samsung.
There is no need to register your Samsung memory. We recommend you refer to the following warranty for more information on the number to call should you have any issues with the memory.
