ML4050N PRINTER JAM
paper jammed at the back panel. What do I press to release the rollers have on the paper. Cannot see paper from the inside of the printer

If the printer isn't recognized when plugged in via USB, try the following:
1) Change the USB cable
2) Try other USB ports on your computer
3) Plug the printer into another computer to see if the port on the printer is working.
If it's not giving you a local install option during the driver install, make sure you've got the latest drivers for your model from the website.
