Looking for Answers about samsung ML-3312ND?

How do I unlock the SWS administrator password for the Samsung easy printer manager? OR what is the default password, because I don't remember setting this up initially?

trying to print envelopes...load on top tray, says no paper loaded and doesn't print

I created an adhoc network on my laptop (running windows 7) specifically for printing and I have not yet been able to add the Samsung ML-3312ND. When I followed the instructions in the manual on disk and online, there is supposed to be an option for "Wireless setting and Installation", but my software does not have this. I am computer savvy enough to do a lot myself, but this is new to me and I need direction. Thank you in advance for your help!

I have 2 out of about 15 of these printers that sends me an alert for every page that is printed once the toner hits 10%. Which means I get bombarded with alerts. Just got 85 emails from one of these printers. Is this a glitch?

how can I set tray one to output envelopes? Right now it is set to the Multi Tray and I don't want it to be.

Usually, the fastest that a document will start printing may be about 4 seconds. Some of the printer will take up to 10 seconds to start, then after the first document is printed it will pause for 4 or 5 seconds and print the next page. This will continue until all the pages have printed. These are invoice copies from our business program Dealer Win.

NETWORKED AND JUST STOP RESPONDING OTHER PRINTERS WORK

I have an alert showing (paper jam on MP tray). There is no paper jam and the printer works fine. How to I clear the error from the status page?

M1-5612 Tray MP is empty. User intervention required to add paper to Tray MP. Printing can continue if the required media is available from other trays, all other machine services (if installed) are unaffected.

I have checked the paper tray and the printer cartridge and there is no obvious problem there.
It s still printing copies.
