Question
How do I turn sleep off?
We are having problems with our brand new printer not printing, we have it on our own personal network, and we believe it is because it is in sleep mode and don't know how to turn it on, please get back to us as soon as possible with all the the possible solutions.

Additionally, we recommend you open the following link, click on Troubleshooting > Printing Problems and review the solutions mentioned adjacent "The machine does not print."

I get the above message whenever I do not print on a regular basis. I have to power-cycle the printer and my computer whenever this message comes up.
This is a fresh install of the printer (connected via Ethernet cable). Windows 7 Pro is the OS (only a few months old).
I can get to the webview of the printer (http://IPADDRESS/sws/index.html) without an issue.
I can see all the printer settings from Samsung Easy Printer Manager and from the Control Panel (It will show an error of "Printer:Error" from this page.
Driver version is 3.11.76.01:26 #10/03/2012#.
I've also tried stopping/restarting the printer spooler #net stop spooler/net start spooler# with no luck.
It seems to happen after about a day of inactivity #I can print all day after doing this, but if it sits overnight is when this happens#.
No other network or printing issues. The port name is SamsungML2950.home
Printer language is SPL

When this printer's cable is attached to the PC (model above) when the PC starts up, I have no mouse or keyboard on the PC. If I start the PC, then attached the USB cable for the printer, it works fine. I've removed and re-installed the printer and tried a different USB cable. Suggestions?

This printer isn't working for us here are issues. Printer will not print labels from the paper cassette Can only print one envelope at a time and the operator must push the Demo button. When printing labels from the front manual feed tray you have to press the Demo button after every sheet. When printing labels Avery 5160 the operator must manually align the columns because the printer starts printing on the perforations
