I don't know about the CD, but you can download new drivers for the printer through Samsung.

I do know for sure you CANNOT configure the printer to be on LAN AND wifi simultaneously.

Question

Printer No Longer Responds

History: First installed on wireless network. That lasted about a day. So I reinstalled on USB. Has been working fine on USB until a couple of days ago.

Current issue: No response from printer - Items just get stuck in the queue. Tried reinstalling both wireless and USB. Software communicates with printer during setup I hear clicking. Print test page screen does nothing. Regular File | Print menu does nothing - except that a screen pops up telling me the port is not connected. (well, of course it is or the setup program would not be making it click while trying to gather wireless information). All other wireless appliances see my network without issue. Printer doesn''''t see any networks and wont connect when network connection is set manually either. Please advise. This printer is broken.

Printing landscape or portrait

I always want to print portrait, but on my emails, it prints landscape (memo style) I have numerous times set it to print portrait. I am only having the problem on my emails and no matter what I seem to do, it doesn't correct it. Help

Question

Constant Fuser Error Messages for ML-2955DW

Just bought the new printer at Staples a month ago. About every third time I print I get an error message: Fuser Error. Turn printer off and on again. So I do that, then I get a message to check that the printer is plugged in (it is). Then it will finally print. Is there something I need to check or setting change I can make to stop this error? I'm still using the original starter toner cartridge but it still shows as 92% full. And it's brand new! The last Samsung printer I had lasted for 7 years without a problem.

Question

Can't seem to print on Legal Paper

Hi I am trying to print an excel sheet on a legal paper and it is not printing. Printer receives the command, LED blinks green and then both LED turn orange and WPS light turns on, few seconds later it tries to pick up paper and then nothing.
It goes back to power light only. It gives no error in software or on my computer printer icon that it has not printed.

This is first time I am trying to use this printer with legal paper, so far I have been using it with letter size paper only which seems to work ok. I have added Legal paper in the tray and it extends out of the printer at the back.
