Cannot lauch/initiate the "Dr. Printer" feature of the software
I've installed the printer driver for my "ML-2851ND" and when trying to initiate the "Dr. Printer" feature, the following error message appears "Dr. Printer is not installed. If you want printer diagnosis, Please select 'Yes' when you confirm the 'security warning window.
I've owned the ML-2850ND for about 1.5 years, have printed perhaps 6 reams of paper (about 3000 copies) and now need to buy the 4th toner cartridge - 2 of the last 3 were high capacity toners. Is this a common problem with this model?
When I turn the ML2851 on, in the start up process it sounds like gears are grinding and the unit vibrates violently. This happens when documents are printed as well. Everything is coming from the back side there are two blue arms I can flip down inside the back panel which for whatever reason eliminates the majority of the vibrating/grinding.
