Looking for Answers about samsung ML-1210?

Trying to continue printing after running out of paper an error light came on. No paper is in the path trying the other paper source route or trying to print using the demo button produces the same result I've unplugged an replugged the printer. I've cleared the que. Printer Behavior suggets that the may be a problem stored in memory. any attempt to print seems to involve an attempt to get data then a brief start of the paper feed which barely moves the paper before the error light comes back on.

i downloaded universal driver but error message says "the port is not connected" even though it recognized the printer and applied the driver successfully

The print dialogue box says printer is offline, though it's plugged in and connected to computer. Driver info says driver cannot be changed and identifies driver as GDI for Jaguar 2.0 Printer was working fine with 10.4

Hi! I have an ML-2010 which used to be connected to a computer with XP Professional, and shared on a network with a netbook (XP Home) and a laptop (XP Professional), with no problems. The printer has been moved to a new Windows 7 computer. The netbook and laptop can add the shared printer, but can not print to it. When printing a test page from printer properties, Windows Explorer crashes on the laptop or netbook. Sometimes a "Test Page" job shows in the printer status on both the client PC and the Windows 7 PC, with status of "spooling" on the Windows 7 PC, but nothing prints. Behavior is identical on both the laptop and netbook. The netbook can print to the printer when the printer is directly connected to the printer. Any suggestions? The printer on the Windows 7 computer has been tried with client rendering both enabled and disabled. Help! and thanks in advance.

Is there a setting to stop printing these pages. The only thing on the pages is a header and a footer.

A piece of the roller on the left end broke off so everytime I print the paper is bent on that side. The printing is OK but every page is bent.

Neither of the drivers available on your website for Windows 7/ML-1210 will work. Both of them crash the print spooler. I have a driver for my other printer - CLX-2160 which works fine on W7 so it is not a problem with the Windows 7 installation. Any ideas?

Regular docs print but it won't print labels
