Cannot "Connect"/sign into Samsung App on TV

Under Internet@TV Settings - Manage Account I am unable to "connect" to the Samsung App. I am logged into the internet with my account and know my PW, however while trying to connect TV, same response 'invalid account or pw'.

Question

Why would Netflix have trouble buffering on the TV if it doesn't on computers?

When streaming Netflix through a wireless adapter the TV has to stop to buffer every couple of minutes. However whenever I'm streaming on a laptop this doesn't happen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Most likely, that is due to the difference in HD and SD signal. When an SD signal is displayed on the HD screen with the wrong aspect ratio, the SD signal will not fit entirely on the screen. This causes the fuzzy line at the top or bottom of the TV screen. To correct this, change the TV's aspect ratio.

In order to change the aspect ratio (screen size), you will want to head into the TV's menu, then to the picture sub-menu. Once there, head into the "Picture Options" option. Within that option, you will see the "Size" adjustment. Clicking into that will allow you to change the picture size of the screen.

Question

TV remote not working properly

I just purchased the LN46C530F1F and most of the functions on the remote that came with it do not work, it is an AK59-00123A. It will turn on the power we can select source and adjust volume, not sure about chanels as we are directly conected to the HDMI input. None of the menu functions work Menu POPUP, TOOLS arrows inpit and the list goes on. We can access the menu functionf frome the front of the TV so it seems to be working. Are we doing something wrong or is somthing wron with the remote or the TV. Thanks

This TV is a fully capable 120Hz set and offers the Auto Motion Plus feature that enhances said 120Hz image. This set will always upscale your 60Hz signal to 120Hz, regardless of any settings you may have active. However, in order to receive the full 120Hz benefit (judder and blur reduction, and frame interpolation), you will need to have Auto Motion Plus active. The reason you are seeing the 60Hz in the info box is because the info box only displays the signal’s actual Hz and screen resolution and not the info of the picture on the screen after the TV processes it. Meaning that the 60Hz you are seeing is the signals actual Hz and not the screen’s Hz. Currently there is no way to display the screen’s Hz in the info box. Coincidentally, the Samsung TVs can only accept a 60Hz signal.

IF YOU HAVE A CABLE SETUP WITH A ROUTER , RESET THE ROUTER. IF JSUT THE CABLE TRY RESETTING THE CABLE MODEM BUY UNPLUGGING WAIT 3 MINUTES THE PLUG BACK IN. IF ALL ELSE FAILS CALL THEIR SUPPORT # GOOD LUCK

Cannot access Samsung Apps after firmware update to version 1035.0 ! I get " network interference occured" on screen.

Installed apps still work, Netflix for example. No other changes made, only firmware update to 1035.0
How can i resolve this?? Update was done online with tv.

Question

LN46C650 & trouble with the "audio out" jack.

Just purchased HDTV LN46C650 and I'm having trouble with the "audio out" jack. I have a cable that uses a mini-jack to attach to the TV and two RCA plugs for attaching to the amp. I only get sound from one speaker (the left). Whenever I use any other signal source beside the TV the sound works fine. I have attempted every possible combination of speakers, amp inputs, cables, TV settings, and the sound is fine except for when the Audio source is the "audio out" jack of the TV. Help! Thanks.
