After Updates to Home Theater How Does one get Netflix to work Again?
After updating Samsung's HT-EM25 from software version 1000.1 to 1005.5 streaming service Netflix - which once worked flawlessly - no longer loads after having logged into the Netflix site. The unit loads the Netflix site to display offerings, permits one to select the desired movie to view then begins to load. However, Netflix begins to load then stalls at 25%... One can depress the return button, select another movie but it also stalls after loading 25%
Attempting to exit from Netflix poses another problem in addition to the above in that one must turn OFF the unit to exit Netflix then turn it back on to use other features. Thus far I have turned off the unit, unplugged the unit for approximately five minutes, reset the router & reset the HT-EM35 but the problem persists.
Spent approximately two and one half hours chatting with Support confident Samsung's experts would offer a reliable solution. Support, both a rep and supervisor, had me repeat my above listed efforts but the unit still does not fully load Netflix content for viewing. So, is there a solution to this problem which Samsung must assuredly be aware of/
