I just installed my brand new 5.1ch blu-ray HT-e4500. Everything works fine, but the web browser app is not installed and I cannot find it in the samsung apps (in Smart Hub). Can anyone tell me where to find this and install it on the blu-ray?

Thank you for contacting Samsung. There browser app comes as a pre-installed app on certain systems. Unfortunately, this system doesn't feature it. Thank you for being a Samsung customer!
Cannot get the smart hub to connect to the internet
I purchased a samsung lan adapter and it finds the wireless router but will not connect even though i entered the security code... i know the code is correct because my son's laptop and my wii can connect but the samsung home theater will not

I have the LED 3D 7500 and a new HT-E4500 and I can not get the speakers to come on for tv. The tone test worked fine. I have audio with the FM stations.
I've got a PS3, Dish receiver that also are hooked up to the tv.
None of the Samsung videos worked. The audio is using HDMI cord into the HDMI 1 port. The Dish and PS3 are using the DVI and ARC ports.

Thank you for contacting Samsung. Press the Sound Effect button on your remote for the home theater. Use the directional up and down buttons until you get to 'Dolby Pro Logic II'. And then use the right and left buttons to change to 'Prologic'. Thank you for being a Samsung customer!
Using In port for audio jack (w) (r) from the HT-E4500 to the "Audio Out" on Samsung LED7500 using the black audio single jack I can not get any sound from the "surround speakers."
Can not get the QWERTY remote for the TV to operate the HT-E4500 except to turn it off.

We recommend you review the following support article for more info on connecting the home theater system to your TV:
If you need additional guidance, we suggest you refer to your product manual for the section labeled "Connecting Your Speakers" that should begin on or around page 15. You can also refer to this digital copy of the manual if you prefer.
Regarding the audio sync issue, you'll need to go into Settings menu from your Home Screen once you've gone through the initial setup process. Select Audio and there will be an option for Audio Sync. Once selected, you will be able to adjust the audio threshold from 0-300 miliseconds and this should help you get your audio in sync with your video.

my hub looks as though it has options or be able to but all i have is a blue water and black are there any other options im just not aware of?

We have consulted our resident home theater expert and she indicates that the default (blue water) and black skin are the only two options at this time.
The speaker was working correctly, then I heard a noise and it immediately stopped working. No one was near the area at that time. I detached and reattached the speaker cable and saw no difficulties in the cable itself, to no avail. Please help!

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. Have you tried a factory reset yet? If not, press and hold the 5 button on the front panel for 5 seconds or more. All settings will revert to the factory settings.

If you have a universal remote from another manufacturer and you want the code number to use on that remote to operate a Samsung product, you must contact that manufacturer for the code number. Samsung cannot provide the codes for other manufacturer's remotes. Thank you for being a Samsung customer!

Based on our research, this model does not have wireless rear speakers. Our wireless model home theaters have a W at the end of the model number to indicate wireless speaker capability.
Why do some songs on my computer playlist fail to appear?
Only about 1/3 of the songs on the playlists on ITunes on my computer show up in AllShare Play. The number of songs that are available in AllShare changes (always seems to reduce) without any changes to my ITunes playlist.
At first I thought the problem was because none of the AAC files would play, so I used ITunes to create MP3 versions. That seemed to work at first, but songs keep disappearing from my AllShare playlist.
If anyone has experienced this and has suggestions please let me know. Thanks.

Yes, you will need the wireless LAN adapter, as this model does not offer a built-in wireless connection. The adapter you need can be found on the following website.
Once you have the wireless LAN adapter and it connected to the home theater system, you can refer to the following support article for instructions on setting up your wireless connection.
Apps on the hub will not connect to internet. Is there a server problem?

My MLB.TV account no longer lists Today's Games. How can I fix this?
I unlinked it then re-linked it but it didn't change anything. I can go to yesterday's games and other previous dates but cannot access the current day's games.

Thank you for contacting Samsung. You can try resetting your device:
1) Turn on 3D AV Receiver
2) Remove all discs
3) Wait until the front displays "no disc" and then press stop on your remote until the display reads reset.
You can then go through a setup your player again. Note: this may not fix your issue, as the app is not developed by Samsung, and it will remove all the settings you previously had placed on it.
Getting not connected to wired network when it is connected. Why?
The blu ray player is wired to the router. I unplug the wire from the player and connect it to a computer and it is connected. So the network is not the problem. What can be the problem? It states that there is no wired connection while there clearaly is. I tried rebooting the player and the router. Still nothing. It is simply not recognizing the connection. WHY?
