In the menu, reselect the wireless access point you want to connect to. You'll be prompted to enter the new password for the SSID. After that, you'll be able to connect wirelessly.

You can update it wirelessly but the best way is to download the current firmware. When you goto the products webpage on samsungs website, to the right of the picture of the is the link downloads. Click that, it will bring you to the manuals page, click the firmware tab next to the manual tab on the center of the page. Click the gold icon on the page and it will download the firmware file. Then unzip the file, place it on a thumb drive. Power on the home theater system to the main menu THEN plug in the usb on the front of the unit.

Under the products main main page to the right of the picture there should be an option that says "get downloads" click that. It will load the page to the manual downloads. To the right of the "manual tab" click "firmware" that page should show the current firmware. There is a gold icon to the right of the firmware, click it to begin your download. Once downloaded, unzip the file and place the .ruf on a thumbdrive. There is also a pdf instructions manual on how to download on that page as well. Follow it.

Try a different USB.

The HT-3252 supports the device of which the connected drive is formatted in the FAT(FAT,
FAT16, FAT32) file system.

This bluray does not support usb's/hard rives over 160 gb's.

I have played the following files successfully: .avi, .divx, .mkv, .mp4, .AVI, .DIVX, .MKV, .MP4

If it is turning off on its own, its possible it is overheating.

If your tv is turning on when you hit power on for the bluray it is the Anynet feature.

Read page 48 in the user manual.

"Anynet+(HDMI-CEC) Function
Anynet+ is a function that can be used to operate the main unit of this system using a Samsung TV remote control, by connecting the Blu-ray Home Theater to a SAMSUNG TV using an HDMI Cable. (This is only available with
SAMSUNG TVs that support Anynet+.)

What is Anynet+?
Anynet+ is a convenient function that offers linked operation of this unit through Samsung TVs with the Anynet+ feature.
- If your Samsung TV has an logo, then it supports the Anynet+ function.
- If you turn on the player and insert a disc, the player will start playing the disc, and the TV will turn on automatically and switch to HDMI mode.
- If you turn on the player and press the PLAY button with a disc already inserted, the TV will immediately turn on and switch to HDMI mode"

I was having the same issue and every time I tried doing the Firmware Update it kept telling me I was up to date. I emailed Samsung about this and finally I did a system reset and installed the newest Firmware via USB and viola. I am definitely now up to date as this software has many new features than the older version. I have not tried a Netflix BD yet as I am waiting for the next one to show up.

Unfortunately, there isn't enough detail in this post to be able to assist.

For general networking questions, you may want to contact your modem/router's customer service, as often times, wireless or networking issues can be a result of router or modem settings. This is always the recommended place to start.

After contacting your router's manufacturer, you might also call 800-SAMSUNG to see if one of our customer service agents can assist, but we can't be responsible for people's networks or assisting with router settings, firewalls or security - all those must be performed by your router manufacturer's customer service.

Also, if your product doesn't include a wireless feature, the WIS09ABGN LinkStick (for 2009, 2010 and 2011 products) is the only supported Wireless Device for your Samsung TVs and Blu-Ray/Home Theater systems.

There is a Firmware Upgrade date March 2011. I was trying to update mine also via the internet and kept getting a message that my firmware was up to date. I emailed Samsung about some issues and to express my dissappointment and they replied giving me some suggestions. First, reset your system by turning off the power and holding the STOP button for atleast 5 seconds. Download the Firmware update and save to a USB Drive. Power on the BD Player and then plug the USB Drive into the front. This will actually upgrade your Firmware and you will now see Blockbuster and You Tube as options like Netflix and Pandora. Go back through and get all your settings back they way you want them.

Yes. A proper connection will fix this.

Reference page 22 in the manual.

If the main unit doesn't make wireless connection, the system needs ID Setting between
the main unit and wireless receiver module. With the main unit turned off, press the remote
control's number buttons "0" "1" "3" "5" and the main unit will turn on. With the
wireless receiver module turned on, press "ID SET" button on the back of the wireless
receiver module for 5 seconds.

I own a Samsung HT-BD3252 Blu-ray player. I purchased a blu ray DVD and it will not play it.

I have other blu ray DVDs and have no problem playing them. Are there certain blu ray discs that cannot be played on my model player? I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting.

It may be a firewall setting, or other network setting. Unfortunately, the variables here can be quite numerous. We'd recommend contacting your ISP if they supplied the hardware and allow them to assist with troubleshooting.

This could be caused by the rear receiver loosing connectivity with the main unit. Try moving it closer. Here are a few tips directly from the manual:

"If you use a device such as a microwave oven, wireless LAN Card or any other device that
uses the same frequency (5.8GHz) near the main unit, some sound interruption may be
heard due to interference.

The transmission distance from the main unit to the wireless receiver module is about 33
feet (10m), but may vary depending on your operating environment. If a steel-concrete wall
or metallic wall is between the main unit and the wireless receiver module, the main unit
may not operate at all, because the radio wave cannot penetrate metal.

If the main unit doesn't make wireless connection, the system needs ID Setting between
the main unit and wireless receiver module. With the main unit turned off, press the remote
control's number buttons "0" "1" "3" "5" and the main unit will turn on. With the
wireless receiver module turned on, press "ID SET" button on the back of the wireless
receiver module for 5 seconds."

The wireless receiving antenna is built into the wireless receiver module. Keep the unit
away from water and moisture.

For optimal listening performance, make sure that the area around the wireless receiver
module location is clear of any obstructions."
