Looking for Answers about samsung W200 Rugged Full HD 1080p Pocket Camcorder (Red)?

The video quality is superb however the audio is not synced with the video. The audio is delayed about 1/4 second which will make editing videos very laborious. Is this a bad unit or is this typical of this unit? I attached a video that demonstrates latency.

I recently bought a Samsung Pocket Cam HMX-W200RN/XAA and I can't get the camera to talk with my computer. I tried to follow the instructions in the User Manual but can't get the Intelli-stidio software to install. I've tried to find a download on your site for the software but haven't had any luck. How can I get this to work so I can share my photos and videos?

For some reason no matter how many times I set my date and time settings on my camera even when my battery is fuly charged it won't save date/time settings. Evertime I turn off my camera and turn it back on I have to re input the date and time. Even if I reset the camera using reset buttom and input date and time the camera still wont save the settings. I even tried reformatting my memory card. Nothing seems to work.

i want to be able to charge my pocket camcorder in the car. Is there an adapter to fit on my Samsung car charger or do I have buy a new car charger?

I purchased a pocket cam model number hmx-190rn/xaa, it will not pull up to let me register my product.

My camcorder will not turn on. It worked initially. After first charge of the battery, (green indicator on) when pushing the power button it does not turn on.

I bougth this camcorder last week. But I lost de box with manual a CD software intelli-studio. I've found the manual in your web but nothing about that software. It would be possible get it again?

I have visited the website and updated the firmware. I turn the device on. it updated the disk image on the device. I then started to charge it while the device was OFF. the green light came on . I unplug the device turned it on. Noticed the display was showing the battery was only half full. I have not used this device underwater, not in sand, Did not even drop it at all. Can you help i also have picture on the display.

I will be traveling extensively in an area with no computers and would like to purchase an adapter so that I can charge my battery using a wall outlet.

I don't see this feature in the instructions. It says I can press the "play" button during recording to take up to five still photos during video recording. Somehow, I took 12 photos in rapid succcesion during a video without pressing any buttons that I'm aware of. Is this a setting I've selected? The pictures are good quality and better than a "screen capture". I would like to be able to recreate this.
