Your accessories do not show items for HMX-S16BN, how do I find them??

What is the replacement battery for HMX-S16BN?
Is there a higher capicity battery for the HMX-S16BN?
Is there a separate battery charger for the HMX-S16BN so I can use the camera while charging a battery?
Where do I get a polarized lens for the HMX-S16BN?

The replacement battery with higher capacity is model number: Samsung IA-BP420E. You can get polarized lenses online just search for 46mm polarized lens, I bought some off of Amazon along with a 46mm camcorder "hood" also. Hoya makes a good 46mm lens kit which comes with 3 lens filters.

Question

Why can't I power the camera off the AC adaptor?

The manual on pg 21 says "Use the power adaptor or battery to operate the camcorder", pg 24 "We recommend that you use the AC power adaptor to power the camcorder from a household AC outlet", pg 151 "The AC adaptor provided lets you power, recharge, and use your camcorder" but my camera will not work properly from the AC adaptor power. Customer service said not to operate the camera from the AC adaptor. That this was not recomended. This is a severe limitation as the camera only runs for about 1.5 Hrs with a fully charged battery.

You sure as heck cannot use this product with a MacBook, unless you are content with the very crippled app iMovie. Your videos cannot be imported into Final Cut. I was told also that it worked "seamlessly with computer (sic). Buyer's remorse, BIG TIME! Kind of makes one angry on two fronts, eh? Samsung, AND Apple!
