Flip the switch on the side of the nose of the camera, by your little finger. (But you probably figured it out by now -- I just thought the support page for this camcorder out to have some, you know, actual support init.)

Could the file from a ois duo be converted to be used on a mac?

Well my mom bought me this camcorder as a christmas present, not realizing that it is not compatible with my macbook. i don't want to have to return it because it is an awesome camera. So i was wondering if there was a way to convert the files.

Kyle:
Go to Settings > Connectivity>USB Connect
Turn off PC Software. It just loads a useless PC file as a CD on your desktop
if you set the USB Connect to mass Storage, it will see the camcorder in iPhoto, and you can import pictures, etc.
Then import them into iMovie.
(Disclaimer: I just got mine and I haven't bought a card yet)
But if the movie files don't import, try downloading a converter program like Miro Video Converter.

At 1080 Full HD I received this message. I'm using a Kingston 16GB Ultimate X 100X (20MB/s Read/15MB/s W) SDHC Class 10 card.

Your manual specifies to use at least a Class 6 card, so why am I receiving this message?
