I have never downloaded any firmware for this tv since I bought it.I,m haven a problem whit HDMI OUT from the reciever to the tv with my Blu Ray player. The tv will not play or show any pictures from the dvd.

If you are having issues with a connection and have ruled out an issue with cabling or another component in your set up, we recommend me you file a service request to have the issue inspected by an authorized service technician.

word is samsung quit making the emitter/glasses combo for these tvs...in the manual it shows how to hook it up to a computer with 3d playback.

white spots

Over the past 2 months, there has been an increase in the number of "white" spots showing on the screen, there are now approx. 18 spots and every week or so the number increases.

I have checked the DVR and the Blueray machine, but the spots are from the TV and not from any connected appliance.

I need help before the screen will be covered in white spots.

I'm Having problems with my tv

Hi, I bought my tv about a year and a half ago, from a company Flexi Compras, I love the picture on my tv, and I really like it, but since last year, because I alredy finish to paid my tv, this is the 5th time my tv is broken ! now I just have "warranty" from them, but last time they took my tv almost a month to get it fix, but I'm just wondering if your guys can give me an idea why this is happening to my tv? some time they say is the lamp, and the others the fan, but this is the 5th time this happend ! can you imagine how frustate I'm ! and also because I have 3 kids, and their are so sad because we don't have another tv, is there any way that you can help?
