Could this be an indication that there could be a major projection issue?

WE HAVE WHITE SPOTS ON THE SCREEN 8 SMALL DOTS AND MORE SEEM TO APPEAR EVERYDAY.

I have smudges on the mirror inside, I have wiped it with a dry cloth to clean dust off. How do you clean the mirror without scratching or destroying it, to remove the smudges.

First of all, let me say that I understand that this TV is far outside the normal manufacturers warranty. From what I read on the CNET blog this is a fairly common known problem with these TV sets.

From what I read on the CNET blog, It appears that depending on which support person you talked to depends on whether you have to pay for this repair.

Since this is a very common occurrence, is this being repaired under any type of extended coverage?

White spots showing on my 61" DLP TV - started with one...now six white spots - random locations.

i am having trouble with the picture on my tv. I recently replaced the lamp on it, then shortly after that it began to act up on me. Started to get what looked like a water color effect on the picture. It looked like it had issues with the shading of the colors. Now 1-2 inch thick horizontal black lines are starting to appear and fill in along the bottom, top and now the middle of the screen. There is also a vertical one forming on the left side of the screen about four inch thick. What part is causing this? This is the 2nd time ive tried to ask you, hope you respond this time to it.
