Probably overheating. I had a similar issue with the same model TV which was housed in a recessed entertainment center which had limited ventilation. I cut a couple of holes in the back to improve airflow and I haven't had any issues with overheating or the TV turning itself off

Bad lamp. My replacement lamp is already giving the warning after three weeks.

search for part# on side where the lamp cover is.

There are white dots approximatly 3mm x 3mm Started as one dot and now in 2-3 weeke there are 11 of them in the upper left 1/4 section of the screen (when the telivision is on). Could you please let me know what could cause this.

Check on the other side of the TV where the lamp door is - should be a label stating model #. I've got the same TV model/version# & mine takes BP96-01653A (P132W).

Probably - I just installed a new bulb three weeks ago and already failing.

According to the owners manual the red stand-by light is normal. When all three indicator lights flash at you the bulb is going bad. Oder a new one.
