I have a Samsung P6163W TV, it is making a loud noise after it has been on for a while. Sounds like a fan hitting the casing. What is it?

check your video source. I had this issue and found that it was the cable box causing it. Did not have the issue when using component connections, just HDMI. Charter replaced the cable box and that fixed the issue.

Question
How do I troubleshoot my HL-P6163W?
I replaced the color wheel in it. The process went smoothly, all components were reconnected, but now when the TV turns on, the "LAMP" indicator flashes and the television restarts three times, however there is no picture. I have full audio and I hear the fan running, but no picture.
I purchased the tv in 2004. I replaced the lamp in 2009. I replace both the lamp and color wheel in 2010. The picture was fine after these fixes.
Recently the picture began to flicker and was much dimmer than normal. I replaced the lamp again. The flicker is much improved as is the brightness, but the colors are very splotchy. Dark colors have a greenish tinge. Whites and light colors have a halo effect.

Question
occasionally when I turn on the tv, the screen is green. I turn it off and on; then it seems okay. Does this mean that the bulb is failing again?
I have replaced the bulb and the color wheel both once.
I brought a technician over to the house to look at the tv, and he told me that problem is not the bulb or the color wheel. That its a major part in the tv and it would cost around 1500 dollars to repair. I cant recall the name of the part. He also mentioned that yhis was a common problem for these televisions. Can you tell me what this part is and can it still be purchased for this television. SVC model # is HLP 6163WX1XAA

Question
Please assist me with connections
I have a Samsung HL67A510 67" 1080p Widescreen DLP® HDTV. I just purchased a Samsung Blu Ray player with built in Wifi. I'd like to connect my receiver with home theater system (slightly older) and hi def cable box with both Samsung devices. I am a little overwhelmed. For best sound and picture, and for the ability to use my surround sound with television AND blu ray - what do I connect to what, and what cables should I use? If feasible, a buillet point answer with cable type would be best.
The TV will shut off after being on about 20 or 30 minutes. Then I turn it right back on - sometimes it will stay on without shutting off & sometimes it will shut off several more times.
I have a samsung HLP6163W which I think has a color wheel issue as TV turns off/on constantly until I unplug it and makes a loud noise. I changed the bulb but still making noise.
I have no voltage present on lamp output plug on lamp ballast board when I turn set on
I have replaced the lamp with a new one but it does not come on. I checked voltage on input plug to ballast board and voltage is present but now output voltage read on lamp plug.
