samsung Projection TV HCL4715w 1080I monitor - timer light blinks and shuts off TV won't go on

about 6 months ago we had the convergence board on the TV replaced it was working fine now out of no where about 3 wks ago when my daughter tried to turn the TV on with remote the timer red light would blink and you can hear as if TV is going on and after 4 blinks it auto matically shuts off again...without a picture comin on the tube. we attempted to turn on manually with the power button and it did the same exact thing...I unplugged TV to see if this would help but to no avail...what is wrong with it?

What is the value of the part FD 101S on the Circuit Board AA 95-00705A on a Samsung HCL4715W?

I have a convergence problem and replaced the two IC's and need to replace the two resistors but I am unable to read them.
