Try following the steps below:

After hooking up your device to the computer, you will see the USB symbol in the "communicator line" (at the top of your display). Pull this down by touching and sliding it down. Select "USB connected", another window appears, select "Mount". You should now be able to view, move, access files on your phone and pc.

why doesn't my 32GB thumb drive work?

I have a Lexar 32GB thumb drive. It works on my laptop, but my Samsung Tablet 10.1 will not recognize it. I've tried to reformat the drive and still not working.

Are you using the USB adapter accessory to connect the thumb drive? You cannot just use the USB cable that was provided for charging.

Question

CDC Serial and SAMSUNG_Android drivers not installed

The USB Composite Device Driver is installed. I'm on 64 Bit Windows 7 Ultimate. I've tried on two different machines, same problem. Windows reports that it can't find the drivers. Is the issue that only 32 bit CDC and SAMSUNG_Android drivers are available? If so, when will you fix this?

I've registered my Galaxy Tab 10.1 32Gb Gray, but on samsung account it's says 32Gb white. I've made sure all info i've entered was correct.

How can I print my e-mail messages?

Thank you for your inquiry. The Samsung Galaxy Tab has basic printing profile that functions as a connection to a printer from the handset. It allows your phone to send text, e-mails, vCards, or other items to a Bluetooth capable printer with a basic printing profile capability, where applicable.

How to I Pair Samsung GALAXY Tab With A Bluetooth Device

1. Press the Home Key
2. Press the Menu Key
3. Tap on Settings
4. Tap on Wireless and Network
5. Tap on Bluetooth settings
6. Tap on Bluetooth to turn on the radio
7. Set the Bluetooth accessory to be discoverable per its operating intructions
8. Tap Scan devices
9. Tap on the desired device
10. Tap Pair and connect
11. If you are prompted to enter a password for a headset, try 0000 or 1234.

Why won't my computer charge my Galaxy Tab 10.1

Charges just fine plugged into AC. But will not charge plugged into my USB ports on my computer. USB ports are 2.0.

Question

my Galaxy tab connects to my home network but does not see the Internet

I have a wi-fi (80211N) home network with WPA/WPA2 PSK security enabled. The tablet connects to my router (it gets an IP address) but cannot see the internet. My network already supports 3 macs, 2 iPad2s, 2 PC's, 2 netbooks .. with MacOSX, Windows 7, Windows XP, and flavors of Linux ... all without a problem.
